Device limits
How many devices a Savee account stays logged in on, what happens past the limit, and how teams share Savee.
A Savee account belongs to one person. To keep it that way, an account stays logged in on a limited number of devices of each kind at the same time:
| Device | Logged in at once |
|---|---|
| Browsers (savee.com and the browser extension) | 3 |
| Phones and tablets (the Savee app) | 2 |
| Figma (the Savee plugin) | 1 |
The browser extension uses the login of the browser it's installed in, so a browser with the extension counts once.
What happens past the limit
Logging in on one more device of a kind keeps you logged in there and logs out the device of that kind you used least recently:
- The device that was logged out says so the next time it's opened, and can log back in.
- We email the account owner about the new login, with where and when it happened and which browser or app it came from. If it wasn't you, write to hey@savee.com.
Devices you stop using are logged out on their own after a few months of inactivity, so old laptops and phones don't take up a place for long.
Sharing Savee with your team
Sharing one account across a team ends up logging people out of each other all day. Savee for Teams gives everyone their own login, with shared team boards, a team feed, comments, and one bill for the whole team. Two seats are included and you can add more at any time.
